  1. Question: How do you get the unlock code?

    Answer: We don't deal with operators. We use brute force attack on your hash.

  2. Question: What is QUEUE position?

    Answer: QUEUE number is your position in the QUEUE. If you have more than one job, see account history for more information.


  3. Question: What are these plans, Extreme, Express, Normal and Budget*?

    Answer: These are the plans by which you will enter the queue. Extreme plan, gives you the highest priority and means that when you order it, current running job is paused, and your job is started. Because of this, there is only one Extreme slot available and when it's being used, you can't order another Extreme. Express means, that you enter on top of the queue, but after the other users, which ordered Express unlock before you. This is recommended plan for users who are in a great hurry, this is the top priority plan and such orders will be executed first. Budget means, that you will enter the queue in the bottom of the queue. Please realize, because of the dynamic state of the queue, we don't give times for Budget unlocks - this means that you will receive your code once it is done, when it is done. This plan is recommended for users that the lowest price is most important and the speed is not important at all. And as you've already guessed, the Normal is just between them. Example:
    User A orders Express at 15:00h
    User B orders Budget at 15:03h
    User C orders Express at 15:05h
    User D orders Normal at 15:06h
    User E orders Budget at 15:04h
    The unlock queue at 15:07h will look like this:
    1. User A (already calculating)
    2. User C
    3. User D
    4. User B
    5. User E
    If user F appears with Express at 15:08, he will enter in position 3. If he orders Normal, he will enter 4. If this user orders Budget - he will enter 6.

    From 01.07.2012 we have limited the lenght of the Budget queue to 40 hashes, because of the high load on the server. If a Budget hash is not processed within one week (7 days) we will automatically upgrade it to Normal priority after this time.

  4. Question: Can I change the priorities of my unlocks "on-the-fly"?

    Answer: Yes, you can. If you are not happy with your place in the queue, you can always upgrade to higher priority. When you do this, the difference in the credits, will be taken from your account.

  5. Question: How long will it take my code to be calculated?

    Answer: It depends on the systems load and availability, but we do our best to enter 1 hour barrier. As you are familiar brute-force attacks are at random bases, and your code might be done in 1 minute to 1 hour. Please be adviced, that this time does NOT include the time you are in the queue. If you want to get up in the queue, just order Express or Normal plans.

  6. Question: When unlocking is done do you send NCK codes or only MASTER SP code?

    Answer: We send you both.

  7. Question: How could I pay for your service and purchase credits?

    Answer:
    -Our primary method of accepting payments is Paypal. If you don't have paypal account, there are other ways of payments.
    - We also accept payments with Bitcoins. The price, on which we will accept payments with Bitcoins, will be the last BTC/USD exchange rate on this Bitcoin exchange - https://www.bitstamp.net/.
    - SEPA Bank transfer (this is bank transfer between banks, which are in countries, members of EU) - if you are located in European Union.
    - Western Union
    - Moneygram
    - Moneybookers (Skrill)

  8. Question: How can I use the maximum discount on your server?

    Answer: - if you want to achive maximum discount, always purchase bigger credit packages. Our 90 000 credits package will give you greatest discount.

  9. Question: What kind of phones do you unlock?

    Answer: - We can unlock 15 digit SL3 Nokia locked phones. The 20 digit are NOT supported currently. Please, when you add hash, you must be absolutely sure that it is 15 digit SL3 locked, otherwise after the bruteforce attack we use, no code will be found and you will loose your credits. We also don't accept Telcel Mexico locked phones. This operator manipulates the hash of the phone and even though unlock code is generated, that code will not be accepted by the phone. Tools like Infinity Best recognize those phones, so please don't upload them.

  10. Question: What is your server capacity/speed?

    Answer: - Our currenty capacity is 80 logs/phones per day.

  11. Question: Do you have API?
